Women's Leader Development
Julia Bettencourt
When we develop something, we usually think of it as a gradual thing. I think that's how becoming a good women's ministry leader manifests itself. It's a gradual thing. Women just don't become great at it overnight. It takes developing skills, keeping informed, doing things over and over, learning the ropes, and all those things. I trust the items on this page will help you develop as a leader. I want the best for you! I want you to continue to develop into a wonderful women's leader for your local church.
I know God's got great plans for you!
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)
