When you first accept a new women’s ministry leader position you have to evaluate how things are already going before you move forward. Here are some questions to ask. In some cases you might be able to get some of the answers to the following questions from a former leader or some of the women of the church. Or you may have to do some research.

Mulling these questions (and answers if you know them) over in your mind can help you evaluate and move forward with the task at hand.
