In January of 2016, I went through a series with my followers called, "Do You Want to Build a Women's Ministry?" I thought I'd dig it out and go through that with you again.

Winters can be hard for all of us, but we can thrive even in ministry with the Lord to guide us through the tough winter trials and through the highs and lows of ministry.
