Women's Ministry Team Meeting Conduct

Meeting Conduct for Women's Ministry Team Meetings

Julia Bettencourt

March, 2015, From the Online Leadership Conference.

Having some rules of conduct for your team member meetings in your women's ministry can go a long way to avoiding problems that arise. It keeps meetings free of excessive talking and things that just take up time in the end.

Meeting Conduct Suggestions

  • Silence phones.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Be considerate of the opinion of others.
  • Don’t talk over someone else.
  • Don’t interrupt.
  • Manage your conversation contribution. In other words don’t hog the conversation or make long speeches.
  • Respect the agenda. (Keep to specified topics)
  • Realize you may have to compromise your own ideas to a degree.
  • Get along with other team members.
  • No gossiping allowed.
  • No drama.
  • Keep all interaction and conversation at meetings confidential.
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 (KJV)

What? No Mailing List?

The answer is "no" I don't maintain one any more for a lot of reasons, but you can keep up with the Julia Bettencourt Ramblings Facebook Page for announcements of anything new on the website.

Keeping it Simple

I have reduced my social media to just Facebook and Instagram.
