Left – Right And Pass the Gift Games
-
The activity leader reads a scripted story aloud.
-
The story is filled with cues like “left,” “right,” and occasionally other directions (“forward,” “back,” etc.).
-
Each time a cue is read, participants pass their wrapped gift in that direction.
-
At the end of the story, whoever is holding a gift keeps it.
-
The PDF includes three versions:
-
A standard/general script
-
A holiday-themed version
-
A meeting-specific variant
-
Sample Passages (Based on common versions)
-
“You’ve worked so hard to get here—take a left, turn around, reach out your right hand… pass that gift!”
-
“Now take a right, then two steps to the left, wiggle forward… pass it left again!”
-
Holiday variant: “The Christmas bells ring—pass one to the right; the stockings hang—pass to the left…”
