We just had a get together, and we played a game called musical handshakes. The idea is to shake hands until the music stops and then whoever you were paired with you have to stay 'attached' to in some way. We began again, and then there were groups of 4, and then 8, and so on. We did it until both large groups were 'attached'. I asked them to untangle, and move into a circle. We then prayed and ate. I forgot the music, and told them I would sing. I actually just yelled "STOP". Some ladies hooked arms, some tried to keep their feet together, and others used their hips. The only rules were that everyone had to have a free hand, to be able to shake hands, and NO broken bones were allowed. (we had to protect our older ladies) ;) It was alot of fun and produced alot of laughs. ALSO, if youve never done the RIght, Left Game, its a great one for Christmas. Good Luck

I found another neat game. Divide into teams, and give each team some baloons and a pair of pantyhose. They have to blow up the baloons, and stuff them into the pantyhose. You tell them that they are making "antlers". First team to create and 'wear' their antlers wins.

We have played a game at our Christmas meeting where you stuff a stocking full of items: nail polish, ink pen, cotton ball, lipstick, notepad, candy bar, etc. anything just use your imagination) pass the stocking to each lady. Give them a time limit on feeling it. After it has been passed to eveyone, they have 1 min. to write down what they think was in there. The lady with the most correct is the winner. Another game-

State Book of the Bible Item in this room Country

Give them a time limit and see who can list the most.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this phrase--"State Book of the Bible Item in this room Country"

A Versatile Game
A fun game we played at a couple of our brunches over the years: Write the names of Christmas characters on individual slips of paper, ex. Santa, Rudolph, Mary, Joseph, etc. Pin one on the BACK of each gal as they arrive. Then as they mingle over punch or hot cider they must ask questions of others to learn their identity. The trick is though, that these questions must have a yes or no answer only! Like, "Am I a person?" or "Am I an animal?" Once they have solved their identity they can take their slip of paper off. You can make the characters as easy or difficult as you like.

Sorry! I didn't preview before I sent it. It should have had spaces between each of those words. For example; list a State that begins with the letter C,H,R,I,S,T,M,A,S. List a book of the Bible that begins with C,H,R,I,S,T,M,A,S. List an item in this room that begins with each letter. List a country that begins with each letter, etc. I hope this explanation clears it up!
